This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me with printing on my first stay. Really good service! I'm returning for Christmas.

We loved the fantastic location just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly and helped us get around with our kids! The breakfast was a hit with good pastries and great coffee.
My kids wished for larger room options for families.

Excellent location especially for shopping. Also many turist attractions are at walking distance. Spanish steps and metro nearby. Room was tidy, standard double might be a bit too small for two. Shower well functioning, which is not the case in all italian hotels... Breakfast was nice with fresh fruits and lovely homemade joghurt, although salty choice could have been more plentyful. Overall a nice experience, would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location is perfect. It is tucked in a very quiet and cozy street parallel to Via Balbuino connecting to Piazza Spagna and Paizza del Poppolo. Clean and very good breakfast.
The entrance should be improved. It is clean though but looks dirty. Reception is on the 3rd floor.

Oh, those pastries at breakfast were like little bites of heaven-homemade and so fresh! Plus, the cheerful breakfast staff made mornings a delight, just like Rome itself. The bar area was cozy, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
The room was lovely, but being right next to the reception meant we occasionally caught early morning chitchat. Not the end of the world, but a heads-up for light sleepers!

Location is perfect for exploring Rome - walk anywhere and close to a metro station. The rooms are not large (Superior double room) but quite adequate and beautifully appointed in a classic Italiano style. The location is also in a very good area of Rome - 3rd floor of a building in a small exclusive side street tucked away from the noise and general mayhem of the city. Very helpful staff.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Would throroughly recommend this hotel - great location in a quiet sidestreet, close to the Spanish Steps, and excellent shops nearby. A little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Would definitely stay here again if in Rome.
Small rooms, but very clean and comfortable - not really a complaint so much as an observation.

It's just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. We enjoyed sightseeing and then headed for a cruise around the Mediterranean. Highly recommend this place!
The only downside was the bathroom shower. The doors were a bit tricky to use, made showering a challenge sometimes. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something to keep in mind.

The hotel was perfectly clean based in an European style building with genuinely helpful staff. Lots of food in the venue, gourmet restaurant.

The location was great. It was literally about a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps and great shopping. Despite the proximity to the Steps, the Hotel was in a quiet location. Also, there is a restaurant at the top of the Steps, Ristorante Dei Monte, with an owner named Roberto which is a perfect location - shaded with cool breezes and a nice walk down the Steps after dinner. Perfect! The Hotel staff was very friendly and very accomodating.
The shower unit was small. I am 5' 11" and weigh 210. It was a tight squeeze, but it was passable.
